How long is the rental?
Standard package pricing covers up to a 24-hour rental window. Exact delivery and pickup windows are confirmed before your event.
Do you set everything up?
Package pricing includes basic placement and setup of included tables, chairs and pop-up canopies. Specialty layouts, difficult access, stairs or installations may carry an added fee.
What happens if it rains?
Weather policies are confirmed in the rental agreement. Pop-up canopies are for shade and light weather only and may not be installed or left standing in unsafe wind conditions.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, when access and timing allow. Customers are responsible for securing any park reservation, permit, power requirement or vendor approval required by the venue.
How do I reserve my date?
Your date is reserved after availability is confirmed, the rental agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid.
